For in-stock products, orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from your time of purchase. Due to COVID-19 delays, this now within up to 48 hours. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping before 5pm ET will be shipped the next business day.
For pre-order products, we will give a rough shipping date in the product description and we will also keep you updated closer to the dispatch date. If your favorite product has gone out of stock, check the description for a restock date or feel free to contact us, as some of our designs are limited edition and will not be restocking.

2nd Wind uses a variety of couriers to make sure you get the lowest and quickest shipping rate. For this reason, you can check the shipping costs to your exact location at the checkout. Please bear in mind that those who are shipping internationally, may incur customs duties and taxes on arrival to the said country. The couriers we use are:
