Yoga to me, is the deeper understanding and knowledge of the body and as an athlete, the ability to apply that knowledge to maintain peak performance in my sports.
Georgina is a competitive kite-boarder and surfer who discovered yoga after a previous hip dislocation was affecting her performance and stamina in her sports. Along with working out, she has made yoga an integral part of her training routine which has made a huge difference. When she's not on the water shredding the waves or free diving, you can catch her in the studio or just relaxing with her ukulele.
