Backorders: Some of our products have a limited print run, which means that once they are gone, they may not be restocked for quite some time, if ever. For certain items, we regularly keep them in stock, but there might be instances when they run out. In such cases, you'll find an expected back-in-stock date in the product description.

Note: For P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses, we exclusively use the United States Postal Service for shipping.

Wholesale Orders: For wholesale orders, there is no free shipping option. However, we pass through discounted shipping rates automatically for wholesale orders. The applicable shipping charges will be calculated and added during the checkout process.

Partner Studios with "Bill to PO" Option: For partner studios with accounts previously approved with exclusive terms, we offer a "Bill to PO" option during checkout. If your account has been granted explicit permission to use this feature, you can proceed with the purchase, and we will process the shipment accordingly.

Note: If you use the "Bill to PO" option without prior authorization, there will be a delay in shipment. In such cases, we will need to capture payment for the shipment first before processing the order. We recommend getting in touch with our support team if you are unsure about your eligibility for this payment method.
