We typically charter a group flight departing between 1:00–3:00 PM on arrival day. While not required, we highly recommend flying into San José the day before and staying overnight. It gives you a buffer in case of delays and makes the transition into retreat mode way smoother.

Once you’ve booked your international flight, we’ll coordinate your domestic leg and ensure you’re taken care of from SJO to the retreat property.
